Conceptboard is basically an online whiteboard that teams can draw upon simultaneously.

Some advantages over a “hardware” whiteboard are that it

  • can be used remotely, of course
  • provides pre-defined elements
  • allows custom content to be embedded (in various file formats)
  • allows content to be easily re-arranged and modified
  • displays other users’ mouse pointers in real time :)

The free account already provides an unlimited number of boards and 500 MB file storage, but with a limitation of 100 objects per board. An unlimited number of objects, additional storage and other features can be unlocked for a monthly fee starting at 5€.
